I've disabled... but the error still remain..

Try disable all - maybe some plugins are in conflict

You can run upgrade (5.6.3)
Copy your install directory (if you deleted before) - and just run - install/upgrade.php

you will lose nothing - maybe that fix problem (disable your board before run upgrade)

You must check your error.log file on your server (in forum root) - just edit file and see what errors you have!

Solved..... appear it was relative at hide links from guest.... that reset cache every second about... and was heavy to uninstall.
