Update.... like Yil tell me.... I tried to uninstall SIMILAR THREADS and the error 1064 gone....
But... there is the table error 1412.... and 'db error' when u send answer or new topic.... 70%...

OPS..... a vb expert tell me... maybe the problem was..... (OPS) I've installed a plugin with forum active (YES) or maybe when the forum deleting the cache (Don't know)..
Any ideas to resolve?

You can install plugins when forum is active - no problems!
Try to run upgrade script - maybe helps to resolve problem.
Like said before - disable plugins one by one and test!
